HeadPro is an app for running football pools with people you already know. It is operated by HeadPro LLC, 382 NE 191st St, PMB #687286, Miami, FL 33179-3899.
HeadPro helps a group organize a pool: it collects picks, scores them against game results, and keeps standings. HeadPro does not hold, transfer, process, or facilitate money. If your pool involves money, the group settles it directly between its own members, using whatever method the group already uses. HeadPro is not a party to that.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States. Both are things you tell us; we do not verify either. Using HeadPro where doing so is against the law where you are is your responsibility, not ours.
Pool names, chat messages, rules your commissioner sets, and anything else your group types is written by your group — not by HeadPro. We do not review it before you see it.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile; doing so removes your personal details from HeadPro.
You can stop using HeadPro whenever you like. We may suspend or end access for someone who breaks these terms, or where we have to in order to comply with the law.
HeadPro is provided as it is. Game data comes from third parties and can be late or wrong. Scoring and standings depend on that data, so they can be too. We do not promise the app will always be available or always be correct.
We may update these terms. When we make a change that matters, we will ask you to accept the new version in the app before you keep using HeadPro.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute about these terms or about your use of HeadPro must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and both you and HeadPro agree to that venue and to those courts having jurisdiction. Either of us can still bring a claim in a small-claims court where one is available.
