Pool names, chat messages, and any rules your commissioner sets are written by members of your pool, not by HeadPro. We do not review them before you see them and we do not endorse them.
HeadPro is provided as it is, with no guarantee of any kind — not of availability, not of accuracy, and not of any particular result. Game data comes from outside providers and scoring depends on it.
If members of a pool disagree — about a result, about a rule, or about anything they arranged between themselves — HeadPro does not arbitrate, adjudicate, or intervene. Your commissioner sets the rules and your group settles its own disagreements.
Standings, projections, and anything HeadPro suggests about picks are informational only, generated from public data for entertainment. Nothing in HeadPro is a prediction, a recommendation, or advice of any kind.
HeadPro does not provide tax advice and takes no position on the tax treatment of anything your group arranges. If you need to know how something is treated where you live, ask someone qualified to tell you.
HeadPro is intended for people who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. It is not for use from anywhere else, or by anyone under 18.
When you tell us you are 18 or older and that you live in the United States, we record what you told us. We do not verify either one.
